This is the best bakery to get Portuguese style rolls. They also have Pastel de Belém, and it's totally delicious. I've seen a lot of people go in for the doughnuts, but I go for the Portuguese items.
This bakery has blessed its community with fabulous baked goods for decades. Its staff could not be friendlier or more dedicated to their craft. A true cornerstone of northern Westchester.
Their basic Portuguese bread is wonderful. And their mini Portuguese custard tarts are superb. And their prices are still old-world. Highly recommended. This place is a gem.
I'm sorry, what!? I have lived in Ossining for over four years and two days ago was the first time I have been to Ossining Bakery; please do not make the mistake I made. Go now! Do not wait. Try everything! The bread is so good, the donuts are to die for, and the staff is lovely. Just remember, BRING CASH!
Do not pass but run to this Bakery. The bread and pastries are amazing and so so fresh. The Pasteis de Nata is my very favorite. If you have never tried this delicate dessert, you should. Always such friendly service too.

Had a craving for some pasteis de nata. Drove over 20 minutes to Ossining Bakery to satiate my tummy. It was well worth the drive. The pasteis was delicious, will definitely be going back. Thank you for making them as not many places up in Westchester do.
